Crown Store Dyes. How can i apply them?

Yesterday i bought few Dye Stamps from Crown Store and was very disappointed, because i can't use them!
I have no idea is it a bug, or it's intended and i'm just doing something wrong. If any of you forum folks know how these Crown Store Dyes works, please share your knowledge with me!

✭✭✭✭It's single-use and can only be applied to a costume, not normal armor. Are you wearing a costume to apply the stamp to?#proud2BAStarObsessedLoony

I bought this stamp too... buyers remorse.
One time use and only for a costume.
I thought I was buying new colors for the dye station.... sad.
I recommend do not but these.0 -
thewarrioroneb14_ESOSoul ShrivenI was able to use them after disabling outdated addons. Yes, they are one time use and bound to the character on which you use them, but you can preview how they look on your toon before use. I am happy with the results, although I also wish that the colors could be purchased and used thereafter. That would be a nice offering.0

Got that last night as well, and only Thalmor Black works , but the other does not, and does not even show on dyes.Once I was a lamb, playing in a green field. Then the wolves came. Now I am an eagle and I fly in a different universe.
