Been trying to get the box of forbidden relics for a very long time now.

I need to kill just one more person but they have never ever appeared and I've been doing these everyday for the past 3 months almost.

Is there a way to rotate through who you have to kill at all? Or does anyone know when each enemy is scheduled to appear?

    Check on different times during the day. It might take a while to get the last one, though. Best of luck!
    Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

    Meet my characters:
    Command: Do the thing.

    Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
    Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
    Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
    Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
    Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
    Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
    Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
    Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
    Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
    Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.

    I'm in the same boat, 1 target left to get. Rather than doing them now I just go far enough through the dialogue to find out who the target/s are and then abandon the quest. Too much other stuff I'd rather be doing than the sacraments just for a chance at a motif to sell.

    What you can do is find out which map your target spawns on. Each target is specific to one map. Then you can cycle through the dailies until you get the corresponding map e.g. "Sacrament: Sewer Tenement"

    Now you just hold onto that quest until the correct target cycles through the quest chain. Don't abandon the quest. For some reason, the target changes daily, even if you have the quest from a previous day. In this way you can filter out the maps you don't need, and have a better chance of getting the target you need.

    *** me that's confusing. But cool so I'll have a hunt though and see where this Abazza dude spawns and wait for it to come up as the map, and park it up and speak to the speaker everyday until it gives me this guy. I really really hope I get to the proper violent stabbing execute on it. Been at this for way to long.
