Can't seem to sign onto my support profile

I cant seem to sign into my support profile here on the forums.
Everytime I ask to send my use ID, it says my email is invalid
However when I asked to reset password it sent it right to me just fine.
All I want to do is put in a ticket for a guild name change, and I can't do that if your site isn't cooperating with its users.
Please help me with this issue, so I can get my guild name change quickly.
Ps. This will be my 3rd name change request, and it still has never gotten done.. so I am hoping that it'll get done this time.
