I can only assume this is lag related and not a bug.
Every boss that has a red ring damage that emanates from themselves always causes damage when I am clearly outside the ring.
It is not the end of the world if the ring is not insta-death, but when it is, the game really just becomes pointless for people with higher pings, because all information you rely on tends to just be blatantly wrong.
I'm not asking ZOS to defy the laws of physics and fix lag entirely, but work around it?
Can ZOS do something about this mechanically? For instance, have the final meter of every boss ring do no damage (like a saving grace for people with lag)? Or adjust these bosses so the damage in the ring is less the further away from the center you are? Because insta-death when not in the ring at all is getting really tiresome.
