FPS issue

Hi,

since One Tamriel update my game got about 10-15 fps drop. Also in Cyrodiil, sometimes when I port from AD base to other keep I get infinity loading screen, when I exit the game via alt+F4 and enter the game again I'm stuck in loading screen again. I don't what happened to the game but I would like to have some help.

worse here, before one tamriel my game was capping att 100 fps all of the time no matter what was happening, now i have around 30 in towns and maby 50 outside and i havn't changed anything since then. tried with new drivers, old drivers, clean install of drivers, ddu and new, ddu and old. with addons, without addons (about 3 fps difference). only thing i havent done is a clean installation of windows but that cant be the issue here since i barley have anything else on the computer (exept from doom which runs perfectly and shadow of mordor with same result (no drops))

Edit:
should be noted that im running the game in 1080p and on ultra just as i always has. And my old gtx970 had more fps then the 1070 have now

I just started having FPS issues (again) today after downloading the launcher patch. I doubt the two are related but the symptoms are the same as those I experienced for months nearly a year ago. I normally have 90-100 fps and about 100 ping. Today my fps was 5-10 doing dolmens, 20-50 in cities and 20-95 in more secluded areas. I have a GTX970 and am running Windows 7 SP2. I hope ZOS will be able to identify and fix the problem quickly.
