Configuring S'rendarr

Ok so on S'rendarr I'm trying to keep Velocious curse, Blockade of Fire and Liquid lightning in the same display window, with nothing else. I can't find a way to keep Velocious Curse on the screen without getting shitloads of other debuffs on there, and it won't work as a Prominent Buff in the filters.
Can anyone tell me how I could set that up? Thanks a ton in advance
