I just created templar, did level 10, two heal ability, Banished Cells I, Healer role, without light armor, only 8 magicka stat point, without any rage quits, without any insults,

I was able to complete the dungeon with my teammates.

I think there is some kind of stat added to low levels. What max magicka and spell dmg did you have while in the dungeon?
Also, when healing end game max cp, the healers dont have all healing skills in the game on their bars, usually only 2-3 healing skills, rest are pure support. So I believe you could finish the dungeon without weapons and only breath of life spam on bar even, but it wont go as smooth as a healer with pro setup.

Well in his defense, if i got hit with something called Heroic Slash, I would be pretty taunted. Or dead...
