I know most people is already CP something and whatnot, but i'm not. I'm lvl40 atm.
Redguard Tank, 1h shield, stam mage.
I'm just immortal, i can solo wolrdbosses, i can solo any dungeon, i just got no DPS.
Sooo, lately I just queue and tank for PUGs, and i've run City of Ash II, and crypt II too, i've run most of the II dungeons, and now i'm also runing te "new" ones (to me, the ones i go unlocking while lvl up).
I know, alright, lets be honest, its not like there's no bull going on, from time to time, there's always a j3rk or a *** on PUGs. But he's usually the one quiting or getting kicked. Then it goes all smooth. I've haven't had a single wipe in any Dungeon II, not even in my first runs!
Best tank ever!?!?? lol - lemme answer that myself - NO! There's many fights i'm just not focused, and it doesn't matter coz i cant die tho, so maybe a fight or 2 get out of control untill i focus

Its cool that you cant die. But maybe the jerk quitting or the dps getting one shot is because you cant seem to keep focus as a tank.
So good on you for not dying. But as you said that alone in no way makes you a good or even a decent tank.

Lol! @Milvan That's just perfectWell...May I ask what this is from? it's probably really obvious but I just don't know hehe.
On topic: I think what you're saying is that you are a pretty good tank despite not having loads of CP. That's greatAs long as you pull the bosses etc, you'll do fine.

@Glaiceana I believe that's a shot from the Big Lebowski http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0118715/
tanking in eso is just so effing boringly easy. just hold block, move out of stuff, and make sure you have stamina, make sure you use synergies, shards etc and heavy attack too when ever you can. all you need is for easy mode = sword+shield type, either dk or templar and its simplest. with sorc or nightblade doable but not recommended for rookies.
Just, thumbs up.sirrmattus wrote: »is this how we treat new members of our community? you should be ashamed of yourselves.

What are you trying to say here?
That because you are level 40 doesn't mean you are going to rely on others to carry the team? That you are able to complete dungeons just as well as CP 150+ users?
That's valid, but this really sounds like you have a personal beef with another user and it's hard to really sparse that out.
This is certainly not the place to make a thread about it either.
Can this thread get a lock?

I like tanking tried them all but didn't really enjoy them, dps is just smashing buttons healing I found extremely boring its not my cup of team but being tank you can have nice chilled battles and bar switching to land dps when needed then back to doing your job.

I'm going to guess that you are not the only one with this opinion, but it may explain why people have such low dps. Though to be fair if you are a good tank with buffs, mob control, etc then you are still doing something right lol.
