The errors it's giving are the general errors you would receive if there was a connection issue. This is not the first time that there was an infrastructure issue that affected the servers. The provider ZOS use, and that a lot of other companies use, is called Level3. They pretty much are the backbone of the internet in the US. I resubbed yesterday. Got two emails 2 hours ago saying my sub has expired, and account page now shows me with zero days left on sub. No evidence of a sub in billing history, but the payment shows up on my credit card's transaction history.

So, either this is a crazy coincidence, or their issues are a lot more widespread than some connection problems.

Except Level3 has already commended on how DownDetector isn't accurate. That heat map doesn't represent Level3 infrastructure. It represents a small sample of uncorroborated outage reports.

was disconnected from 8 groups today mid game. I'm a patient guy- but for adults who have to work and have a limited amount of time to enjoy themselves, get pledges done, etc - th amount of frustration has boiled over. i had group members swearing at me- their frustration also amplified by the tech issues.
honestly the best game i ve ever played. but the worst infrastructure and tech support. inexcusable for 2016. the drop outs, the maintenance, its bad. imagine if pokemon go was down one day a week- or if everyone playing that couldnt log on. sure- different scale. but just because a corner restaurant isn't a michelin starred one - dsoent mean it should have poor standards.

ZoS- save all the money ur making of crowns and update ur tech support and maintenance crew. seriously. this goes on way too much.
