I think I found a possible cause to the problem, but not much we can do here down on Earth. I checked the space weather website, and we are under a G2 geomagnetic storm. Which can mess with communications, and in severe cases, even bring the power grid down. Which happened to part of Canada in 1989. During a flare there is an instant burst of x-rays and gamma rays, then several days later, slower moving particles but still travelling more than 1,000,000 per hour arrive, slamming into the atmosphere, some of the particles causing a shower of other particles. It can be quite a beautiful site if you live somewhere without light pollution. The worst geomagnetic storm back in 1859, called The Carrington Event. You could see the northern lights in the equator, and were bright enough you could read the news paper. If something like that were to happen today, the whole power grid could be knocked out, radio, internet, cell phones. Blame the sun!

The Carrington Event was an X-Flare that pretty much set fire to the primitive electric grids here on Earth. What we're experiencing now is a drop in the bucket compared to that. We've had Kp 6-7 storms (G2-G3) with peaks of Kp 8's surging with ESO before this and it affected nothing with connectivity what so very ever. So no. It's not the sun. =| Whoever told you that it DOES, isn't someone who understands Space Weather/Heliology.

Magnus is tired of our company, and is sending cosmic rays to kick us out of Tamriel.

Rise, fellow vestiges! Rise with your soulless brothers and sisters, rise against the tyranny of the false god-turned-star imposing his indomitable will upon our beloved world!

Yeah... but isn't this also the cause of Dawn of the Dead?
Want to enjoy the game more? Try both PvP (crybabies) and PvE (carebears). You'll get a better perspective on everyone's opinion.

Don't you mean Night of the Living Dead? That one they said that it was radiation from Venus or something. Which then lead into the events of Dawn of the Dead. *Nodnod*
