Question in regards to ESO images and copyright

I am currently creating a website for my guild. I want to use an image of the Ouroboros and maybe the alliance banners.
I will not profit in any way from this website. Also, the images will just be used as background images.
1) I am wondering if anybody can tell me if ZOS would be okay with this.
2) If so, would ZOS like me to credit the img source in the html or is a more prevalent citation need?

✭I can tell you what we do on the UESP wiki.
Images that are taken straight from ESO official materials get the following attribution:
Replace "Canadian" if necessary.This image was taken from the Elder Scrolls series of video games or from websites created and owned by ZeniMax Online Studios, the copyright of which is held by ZeniMax Online Studios. All trademarks and registered trademarks present in the image are proprietary to ZeniMax Online Studios, the inclusion of which implies no affiliation with the UESP. The use of images to illustrate articles concerning the subject of the images in question is believed to fall under the fair dealing clause of Canadian copyright law.
Screenshots taken by users get the following attribution:This image was created for use on UESP using components taken from the Elder Scrolls series of video games or from websites created and owned by ZeniMax Online Studios. The copyright for the components is held by ZeniMax Online Studios while the copyright for this particular composition is held by UESP. It is available for use under the same Attribution-ShareAlike 2.5 License as our text content. For further details, see our copyright policy.
Since the UESP wiki has existed for over 20 years and hasn't been closed down by either Bethesda or Zenimax yet, then I assume that this sort of attribution is considered acceptable.Guildmaster of the UESP Guild on the North American PC/Mac Server 2350+ CP & also found on the European PC/Mac Server 1700+ CP
