In ESO, I have experienced that when I observe my friend when he is searching through his inventory, I do not see the bag animation, though it only shows his hand circulating through the air. It would be appealing if you in the forums would assist me in terminating this glitch.

    Yes, partly. We were near Vulkhel Guard, which is the Altmeri Dominion starter city. This has occurred a large quantity of times since One Tamriel released.
