Transfer Points to Other Zones

My L50 (CP 450) Nightblade is working the Dark Brotherhood zone. He has just received a quest to kill a NPC in Grahtwood (the big tree). Problem is that he is Daggerfall Covenant and has not visited Grahtwood. My question then is... are there transfer points that allow one to got to different zones? Simplistically... how do I get my NB from Glenumbra to Grahtwood?

The wayshrines to the starting zones for other alliances should always be unlocked.
You can port there and then get to the zone from there.

Or, if you're in a guild, you can find a guild mate that is in the zone you need to go to and use "Travel to Player".
Same goes for people on your friends list.

There are navigator ships and carts. So you can either go to the Daggerfall docks (the one with the lighthouse) and port to another alliance that way, or go to the Vulkhel Guard docks in Auridon and travel within the same alliance.

The navigators will be labelled on your map as a cart or an anchor.

There is a new travel method now in each capital city, look for the Navigator NPCs. They can send you to the comparable city in the other Alliance (so if your in Grahtwood you can get sent to Wayrest or Deeshan for instance) You can also travel to the zones "above or below" the one you are in now, so using Grahtwood you can travel to Auridon or Greenshade.

They are usually standing near a cart or ship in the Capital city of each zone. I have not found them in every city, it seems they would be in each one.

    What Acrolas and Nestor said.

The carts are Caravans and look like a wagon on the map.

If you don't want to travel to a guild mate or group member you can go by way of boat.

You can go to Daggerfall in Glenumbra and take this boat to Auridon

Then make your way to Skywatch and take this boat to Grahtwood

There are boat travels all over the place now.

I am surprised that ZOS did not make a bigger deal out of these. I had to figure this out as I noticed this NPC with the name Navigator on it and checked out what they did.

It is nice to have another more realistic travel method (even though no time passes but I can understand why being an MMO)

At what point does the quest for Craglorn open now? Is it like Orsinium where you get a caravan taking you there?

Agreed. In one of the PTS feedback threads, I posted this:

Regarding "travelling to other alliances", something that cropped up in another thread is that it is not clear how you do this, as the new Navigator NPCs are not promoted. This could be addressed with a pop-up box you see on first logging in to an existing character:

    Welcome to One Tamriel!
Alliance restrictions have been lifted, and you are now able to travel to any zone in Tamriel!

This update opens up the world of Tamriel for you to explore any time, and play with your friends no matter what level you are. To travel to other zones, speak to the new Navigator NPCs, located in the main city of each zone. Navigators can be identified on city maps with the following icons: 20px-ON-icon-Caravan.png20px-ON-mapicon-Dock.png
Unfortunately they didn't bite on that one ;)

@aldriq the Craglorn quest is available immediately. Just head to your alliance capital and look for the Star-Gazer Herald and his white horse.
