Dueling Hit Me Where It Hurts

So I've heard all of the complaining about dueling everywhere and I've been of the general mindset that I really don't care. I may not participate but it can be interesting to watch and since it didn't really impact me, I didn't care.
Last night I go to the Undaunted Enclave in Wayrest to turn in my pledge and there are duels everywhere. I open the chest and FREEEEEZEEE. Kicked to main menu. Key and items all gone. Thanks a lot duelers. Not even sure what I had but I'll assume it was the greatest thing ever.

✭I don't mean to be rude, but this really makes no sense. How can be dueler's fault? They are just playing the game. In my mind it's really simple. Put a bounty on people who duel near guards. This well get them out of the cities. Also make the roleplay better cause you can't kill people in towns it's against the law. Also it'll be funny to see people try to duel and a guard comes up to smack them.2 -

I played for 2-3 hours last night and I didn't crash any other time except for the whopping 1 minute I spent at the Undaunted Enclave where there was already 50+ people around and at least 5 duels going on at the same time.0 -

✭✭✭✭Why not blame all the pve-ers hanging around the undaunted chests...? Bet there's a lot more of them than there are duellers, hanging around, making the place look untidy, taking up your memory...Minalan owes me a beer.
