YO ZoS when will you fix the group finder penalty?

I've spent close to 20 mins finding a random group to do a random normal... and wow! Just when I thought things were looking good (I heard that magical chime) the group leader disbands the group and therefor I now have to wait for 14 mins to reinlist.

All of these maintenances with patches and you guys still can't figure out how to avoid innocent players from getting penalized? I'm not amused.

Sometimes it *might* be a "visual bug"..

A few days ago a friend and I had formed a two-man group and started the activity finder. The moment we were joined with two other players it got strange: I could see the full group, including my friend, and everything was as expected. My friend on the other hand experienced what you just described: no group and a "disbanded" message.
After using a wayshrine to teleport into the dungeon, however, everything was back to normal for him and we could finish the instance as a group!

So to everyone who gets an instant "disbanded" message after using the activity finder: It might work to just teleport into the dungeon - provided you know which one..

yeah the 15 minute penalty is pretty much ZOS telling you not to use group finder join a guild problem solved sucks it has to be that way but yeah ZOS logic.

Might as well just take the group finder out of the game at this point.

I'm already in 5 guilds at the moment. Even with 5 active guilds can sometimes be challenging to find a certain player (Tank/Healer) or a group to do a selective dungeon (or a random).
