Are the Plunder Skull Achivements Broken?

Since the patch this morning, the plunder skull achievements seem to have stopped working. Anyone else encountering this, or actually not encountering this?

Yes, same for me, getting skulls but not counting towards the achievment anymore!! Fix this ASAP

In another statement someone of ZoS stated this and announced there would be as mall hotfix after.h
However this was earlier before I went to sleep, dunno if it is live now.
