Would you kindly give us just a teeny weeny tiny little information post about WHY the server has once again abruptly been taken offline, what is going on and what is the anticipated downtime? Even if you do not know, and have no idea how long it takes, TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS! We do pay to play your game after all.

Update: We just got word that we're looking at 20-30 minutes more before we open.
