Necromancer Class or Warden Class?

    Neither of them, because...
If hircine becomes a theme of an up and coming DLC, I have really strong reason to believe wardens will come with the DLC.

Where is there any suggestion that the warden is related to Hircine?

I believe @subtlezeroub17_ESO made that assumption because many of the followers of Hircine in the quests in this game use the skills that seem to be related to Warden, like the green pidgeon-throwing and calling animal companion.

But of course, there are many other npcs completely unrelated to Hircine that use those skills too.

The class can also be added with a completely unrelated DLC "just because".
Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

    Meet my characters:
    Command: Do the thing.

Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.

Very much so. Just speculation on my part lol

Neither. Fix the issues we have had since release, and the new issues NOW. Then we can consider adding 'fluff' to the game.

There are way too many generic Call of Duty/WoW fanboys that think they know what's best for ESO. First and foremost, it is an Elder Scrolls game. Which is supposed to stand apart from the rest. That's why it is successful. Take the generic mindsets elsewhere.

Yeah, I imagined it was the case. There are not many people left who got to play it on pre-alpha that could actually tell us much about it. I wonder if there were any skill description to go by, back then, or if the game was still too "bare bones" for that.

I'm pinging @SirAndy because he is the only one I know that was there back then :P

Warden because they are ubiquitous as a FRIENDLY OR ENEMY NPC class throughout the game. While Necromancy perhaps should be made available in the future as a skill line, I don't think it should be made a class. I'd also like to add it already exists in some respects in the Vestige's very existence and the Soul Magic skill line. It just doesn't feel right to make it as a class for a lot of reasons, it is something you should move toward in your villainy for narrative reasons. I'm hopeful they add spellcrafting as the means for a lot of these kinds of niche possibilities.

Sounds like they will fit right in, then xD

Necromancer would be done best as a new staff weapon, not a class.

Neither one , because we already have 4 classes , if Necromancer or the other were to be implemented in the game at some point they should be general skill lines that could be acquired by everyone like the mages and fighters guild stuff.
