Poisonous Serpent - Cooldown?

Set Tooltip says; When you deal damage with a Light or Heavy Attack against an enemy who has a Poison Damage ability on them, you have a 25% chance to deal an additional 6800 Poison Damage.

Can anyone confirm that this set has no Cooldown, other than the natural cooldown of your Light / Heavy Attack?

The tooltip says that the cooldown is 1 second so it should be self explanatory,and since the global cooldown between attacks is 1.3 seconds you'll have the proc up for a lot of time.

On the Tooltip here, it does not say 1 Second. But assume it is just out of date then. Thanks for the answer.

LOL. By accident just saw this in Patch Notes for Update 12:

Poisonous Serpent: This item set’s proc now has a 1 second cooldown.

Yeah, or Serpent + Viper's Sting. Just put a Poison Enchant on that Bow, and Viper's will Proc.
