Best loadouts for PVE breton magplar and PVE orc stamblade?

Assumptions to work with:

- purely PVE builds; I couldn't care less about PVP.
- I generally play solo, and I generally don't do group dungeons or trials. I dabbled in vMA, but I play games to chill, not to stress/rage myself into a heart attack. So think grinding/delves/overworld stuff.
- I have ~450 CP.
- since I don't do dungeons/trials, let's assume spell power cure, scathing mage, and vicious ophidian aren't in the cards. I DO have a bit of gold though, so monster sets are, thanks to the cyro vendor.

So with that said, what would be the best gear and CP loadouts for a) a breton magplar and b) an orc stamblade?

Tried pvp, just didn't interest me, so I know where your coming from, I do up to and including the normal dungeons as with one tamriel I can do all the story stuff that way anyway and the vet levels have nothing I want.

My Breton mage is five julianos, three willpower, 3 torugs I think but I can't remember, it's definitely a three piece that gives health and magic. Sharpened Lightning Destruction staffs all round. Front bar single target, back bar aoe. Stack as much spell power and crit as you can and use cp to help with sustain and even more damage, I'm away from my pc so I can't remember which I used but it's similar cp load to the one on deltias gaming. Taped it all down months ago and haven't found any reason to change. For the content I do as long as i weave in the odd heavy attack and only use shards when they proc it's pretty fool proof.

Choose a monster set to your liking and a 2 piece that fits. I do two unmatched monsters for the health bonuses and Magus for the magic.

For my red CP, I have 1/2 in elemental defender, 1/4 in hardy and 1/4 in thickskinned;
for my green cp, I know they're not optimized (have enough placed so I get both treasure hunter and master gatherer perks)
and for my blue cp, I have 100 in elemental expert, 20 in elfborn, and the rest in thaumaturge.

Should I respec my red/blue cp any particular way to make solo pve play any easier?

If you don't do dungeons, trials or pvp, what do you do? And I'm that case if you're not running with other people, you can run almost whatever you want. Here's some suggestions:
Templar- 2 grothdarr, 5 julianos, 3 willpower, 2 torugs pact
Cp: max elemental expert, heavy split between elf born and thaumaturge, sprinkle into spell erosion because you're solo.
Bar 1 dw: inner light, puncturing sweeps, radiant oppression, reflective light, breath of life
Bar 2 destro: blockade, inner light, entropy, channeled focus, Blazing spear
Nightblade- 5 nightmother, 4 hundings, 3 agility
Cp: max mighty, heavy into precise strikes, decent amount into thaumaturge, a bit into piercing because you're solo.
Bar 1 dw: surprise attack, steel tornado, rending slashes, killers blade, evil hunter
Bar 2 bow: endless hail, poison injection, rearming trap, vigor, Relentless Focus
