✭✭✭✭✭The guy in Elden-Root, Grahtwood by the cooking fire on the 1st floor. He sells recipes and consumables I think. I steal his damn fish almost every time on the table. It's crazy. It's like I turn into a khajiit only around him, and have to nab the fish that's sitting on the table. Like it's taunting me or something.
