I made this build because I was tired of dying right away in pvp while my friends could last a while and fight. I have found I have an incredible ability to stay alive now and have good burst damage. As a defensive build, (I wanna be the tank while my friends whip) I'm pretty happy with the results. I can win most duels and the survivability is great.
Any thoughts on the build or ways to upgrade, without grinding is appreciated. I've grinded a lot for spell power cure and don't want to grind again. But I would be willing to buy anything needed or craft anything needed to improve the set.

My resistance is near cap, I'm at 35.2k health in cyrodiil. 36k magic and 14.5k stamina.
I tend to allow my opponent to attack for a bit, waste resources then potion, toppling, comet, then spear until burn is needed. Most times they get toppled and a comet dropped and usually they don't get up.
I have nearly every skill point, a version of every monster helmet before patch (in divines and infused) the same with shoulders too.
So any thoughts on ways to change this? I really like it now. I'm not 100% set on my defensive ultimate. Was debating between barrier, one hand and shield ult or empowering sweep. Again this is a defensive build to asorb damage and still have decent power. When fully buffed (entropy, potion, light attack with spell damage glyph) I am at 3900 sd. Very versatile build.
