1H and shield ultimate not working?

I dont have it morphed yet, but tested it on a few bosses since we went 3 dd's one healer in pledge, and got abit stuck on the HM last boss. So I equipped 1H and shield and the ultimate, and did tanking.
Every heavy attack that hit me while ultimate was active, knocked me away. Even the attack from bloodspawn. When it automaticly blocks all attacks at no costs, doesnt it mean crowd control as well, or is it just the dmg taken?

I can block it while holding block regulary, and I wont get knocked down.PC, EU server, Ebonheart Pact

✭✭✭✭✭I have not tested it (since I'm a Mag Sorc DD) but it seems that this Ultimate will block the damage of oncoming attacks at no cost.
ONLY the damage. If a CC comes your way, you need to throw up block for a sec to stop the CC. It's still a good Ult, but is more PvP-orented for sure.
Perhaps this is only against bosses, and it still does block CCs from normal adds? I'm not sure

✭✭I am sure it is not intended because I tried it in vAA axes . Normally their heavy attack stun you but when I used the Ultimate , it did prevent the stun . On the other hand , as you said , some attacks , even from random mobs , can stun/knockback . I am sure there is something wrong with it but don't know what .1 -

✭✭I can second this. While doing vHRC I decided to try out the ultimate. Every time i dropped the shield ult during his swipes, it staggered me like I was not blocking. This has also happened in other dungeons as well, getting CC'd where i usually do not while blocking
Yeah same here. Like I said, the ultimate is not yet morphed. Some here says it works for them, so maybe its only bugged no the none morphed skill? Did you have your ult morphed when you played?PC, EU server, Ebonheart Pact
