Optimizing Shock Master Set

So I've been wanting to make this set work for a long time as I feel it really fits thematically with stamina sorcerer and bashing things to hell with lightning infused weapons feels pretty badass. My dilemma is I'm not really sure what sets to pair with it in a dual wield setup. As far as I can tell the damage itself doesn't scale up so target stats to specifically scale the proc aren't useful. The second best thing appears to make light/ heavy attacks stronger.

So far I have been using using:

2x Molag Kena
5 X Shock Master
5x Kvatch Gladiator (2 x infused sword)

This combo has been pretty fun especially on the execute stage where I can hit for 13-15k light attacks, but it feels slightly lacking at 4200(6000+ at execute range) weapon power and 63% crit chance. The crit heavy attack proc is far more reliable than I thought it would be ( may one miss in 30 or so fights) but it does slow me down a bit. Other sets I considered include:

Undaunted Weaver ( don't have a magicka ability I weave in outside of surge)
Undaunted Infiltrator
Morkudlin
Archers Mind
Leviathan
Sunderflame

Monster:

Stormfist
Maw of the Infernal
Shadowrend

Anyone have any experience with these sets or have any ideas on what could be combined with shock master to increase it's synergy / damage?

Thunderbug set may be useful as it does the same thing.

If thunderbug procced on dealing physical damage rather than taking physical damage I would say it would be a definite contender.

well first off, if you want to actually more damage with your weapons, you need to have sharpened, infused is not good. and if you are running infused, tell me you have different enchantments on each weapon, because if you use the same enchant on both, only one will fire at all.

Yes I have different enchantments, and 2 enchants firing off every 2 seconds for 3500+ damage seems like a better deal that 8% more damage. That is if the new armor levels even need much penetration anymore.

It is closer to 10% more damage for everything you do. there is simply no contest for dps, sharpened just blows everything out of the water.

I take it this build if just for overland stuff and not group content? well then you can do whatever you want. have you tried the Sergeant's Mail set? Seems like it would be good for this.

I need something to fill in the 20 second window that the shock master buff lasts. Kvatch falls short of that when you don't have a long execute phase. I would do sergeants but I only use a heavy attack once every 20 seconds. I'm leaning towards the undaunted and morkuldin sets so far. I don't want to drop more gold on a new set until i get some more feedback on the ones I posted though.

Storm fist, kragh, or mephala
5 shock master
5 sunderflame

Heavy attack every bar swap and then light attack in between everything else. This will be monster deeps.

I haven't gotten a hold of any sunderflame yet but I think I will give it a try since I got some divine Kragh shoulders yesterday. Still waiting on a pair of stormfist too. Been playing around with Morkuldin and it has also turned out pretty good. Think I'll set that up besides my penetration set when both fill out to see which is better. The undaunted sets were terrible. Archer's Mind doesn't give enough of a damage buff to justify the 5 piece. Leviathan /Toothrow Jack are probably overkill on crit. They will be last priority at this point.
