So why is the launcher Still wanting to download 30gigs when the patch is MUCH SMALLER ????

HOW DOES ONE STOP THE LAUNCHER FROM DOWNLOADING 30 GIGS WHEN THE PATCH FOR ONE TAMRIEL IS MUCH SMALLER ?
