Need to contact support.

So my game crashed in IC, now its stuck on a loading screen (first time this has happened)
and i click the little support button, however it doesnt bring me to support. It brings me to some thread/search for problem here.

I need to contact someone so they can reset my character location, how do i do this?

Right-hand side, under Ask for Help, choose Additional Support Options.

You'll then have to log in, and end up on the same page again. This time, under Ask for Help, is the Email link, which is what you need

I have been writing tickets for 6 weeks about a character who could not bar swap after a character race change.

Expect no help. At all.

I cracked and had to reroll. 7 days played on this characer and ZOS give 0 f's about him.

Sub has been canceled.

Yeah support can be a pain last time my friend had issues I had to PM @ZOS_DaryaK to get her any response.
