Constant latency/disconnect/login issues since one tamriel

I've been having latency issues since the One tamriel patch but today i'm not able to play at all. Once I login and enter the game I'm instantly lagging and I get disconnected in about 30 seconds, then I can't login for about 5 minutes, and then is the same thing over again.
My internet connection is working perfectly, all other games are working perfectly, I even tried disabling all addons and it didn't help.

✭✭It is working perfectly fine if you use a VPN.
The issue is due to a dynamic IP conflict and/or ISP throttling your bandwidth.

It worked for me right after the update I logged into every character and played about an hour. Now I can't though I have changed nothing with modem. I have fios with assigned ip to my ps4 which is dmz. So.....are you sure it's my provider?0 -

I can't be sure.
I merely suggest a theory:
The ISP is throttling your bandwidth, blocking the traffic to and from ESO servers.
It happened to me even though I had a very good ISP.

DPG76✭✭✭i have this hard lag up to several seconds freeze , when using AoE most of the time or simply when there's to much mobs filling the screen
gooing to overcrowded places also make's the game very laggy and imbalanced (like having to press multiple time's a button to interact )
weapon swapping fails a lot of time's
all of these thing's happen very often and nearly everywhere
i guess the server is stressed0
