Terrible stuttering after few hours playing

As the title says.

Since a few updates ago, if I'm around 3 hours playing without shuting the game down, I get a really horrible stuttering. Even if I'm just standing idle. Then the worst is when I move, I can't do anything.

And my computer isn't -that- bad...

NVidia GeForce GTX 750
i5-4460 3,20 GHz
16 GB RAM

I run ESO in a normal hdd. I just seriously don't understand this.

Any ideas to make this stop? It's getting very annoying.

EDIT: I only get it in ESO.

    Are you using FTC addon by any chance? That's what caused a problem in my case.

    I was, but it is deactivated, I mean, its not loaded.

    Well IMO try to uninstall it completely, and if this doesn't help delete all your addons and install them one by one to find out which one cause a problem. For me every time there was something wrong with the game, it was addons fault.

    You were right, I think. I've been playing for like 5 hours without any kind of addons and no stuttering. Time to test one by one :/

    I have been having this. I have found that it gets worse in instances too, which is strange seeing as there aren't as many people... vma and group dungeons, I have had this allot, not so much today but yesterday very bad! And my ping and fps was good so idk what the issue was!

    I get this, too, and I presume it is addon-related. Just /reloadui every 30 minutes or so. That clears it up for me.
