Well I caught someone cheating again and reported it and nothing was done! There are still ways to jump into keeps still used by some of the better players and it goes unpunished. Good thing there are rules about how cheating is handled so that way the best cheaters go unpunished, victims are never compensated, cheaters gain major achievement awards that are not taken away, and the cheater never apologizes to the community. I have seen people banned for language and by mass reportings by people who did nothing but behave badly towards other people in an non-cheating way. Never seen the real cheaters punished. I will not share the method for jumping keeps because Zenimax will not enforce anyways and there is nothing in it for me (Zenimax is making me a selfish player because honesty does not pay).
