Witchman Set is bugged.
I'm an Overload sorc. Nothing happens on either activation or light attack.

The other set should work. But that gives only health, and I don't need that.

I mean Lamia's Song. I mean it really should. Description says:
Lamia's Song: "When you activate your Ultimate"
Witchman's Armor: "When you use an Ultimate ability"... perhaps that's why it's bugged.
Anyway, I'd prefer Witchman. Don't see any real advantage with Lamia's. I have that Dark Conversion anyway.
And I'm sick of crafted sets. Beyond Julianos, it doesn't have any point. And I think there are drop sets easy to acquire that match Julianos.

The set has been in game since launch. Back when it was relevant, sorcs would use it in that exact manner with overload light attacks to cheese it with resource regen and so ZOS changed it so they couldn't do that any more.
It's not bugged, just working as intended now. However ZOS could probably add some clarity in the tooltip for players who aren't aware.The Legendary Nothing0 -
