What happened to re-spec cost reduction?

I thought the re-spec cost got reduced from 50g to 10g a skill point after an update went live?

    Only when major skill changes happen. Nothing of that in this patch.

    Yes, but they did not change the Weapon Skill lines so you would want to remove skill points or change morphs.

    Not true. If you are all out of skill point, you might want to remove skill points or remove morphs to gain some back.

    I know I've said it at least 100 times - but, love your ID...if you ever get the chance would like to hear how you came up with it...

    I don't know - it's more an expectations kinda thing (plus about a 5k savings)...

    actually I just wanted to switch out proxi det for streak for my magsorc...I'm doing okay with coins, just got in the habit of expecting re-spec cost reduction with the updates...and, I started crafting with this character a month or so ago - so I'm out of skill points...

    since I'm actually letting my characters out of cyro for the first time in umpteen months - i will probably go hunt down a few (6 to be exact) skyshards for this character...

    that was interesting...just logged in on one of my non-vets to feed their horse and got the whole "stuff has changed, your skill points are reset, go set them again"...

    my skill points hadn't really reset - haven't seen the message with any other characters...I think zos is messing with me - and, i like it :#

    broke down and coughed up the 6k or so to re-spec my magsorc...actually worked out well - i suddenly realized with 1T hirelings are not quite as useful, pretty much all my characters farm and I got a ton of mats already...so, took a bunch of points from my crafting stuff (crafting wise, only really use the character for enchanting)...

    so, I now have over 20 spare skill points...yea...
