What happened to the World Bosses?

That's a whole different thing. Every set drop in a zone will be one of three sets so the chance is 33% that it will be something for your build... and then there's that trait issue.

So yeah, there is still a lot of junk loot drops except now some of that will be set junk.

Only powerful world boss I found is the duo at Telesubi ruins and some guy in Stonefalls that would oneshot you (maybe that one was bugged). I wouldn't say they are all broken though.

Every one of the old alliance-locked leveling zones has one WB that is tougher than all the others.

It was cool seeing alliance icons on all players. It's like being in Cyrodiil, except not. The population has now tripled in PVE so the Cadwell Silver and Gold areas are no longer ghost towns.

I like the hard World Bosses, Delves and Dolmens...challenging. So far there's so many players now that it's ONE Tamriel, I haven't had an issue with the stronger bosses.

they are world bosses...

there is a hint in the name as to how difficult they should be to tackle....

wasn't like that for a while.... but that was just silly.

These are still incredibly easy to solo, just slot a heal or shield.
