this is getting very old ESO i got another charge from you guys on 10-19-16 again for 39.99 i better be getting my money back.

my bank has already taken action now.

    You do realize that you most likely won't get it settled on the forums right? Cancel your sub and move along. Contact customer support. They will be able to help you more than anyone on here.
