Every Set Should Have Gold Jewelry

@ZOS, I know you're looking at some ways to expand the presence of gold jewelry in the game. Here are some ideas.
Overland Sets - Treasure chests have a very small chance to drop gold items. This chance is increased when the treasure hunter passive is active.
Dungeon Sets - Hard Mode gives you a 25% chance that your reward will be gold, Speed Run gives you 25% chance, and No Death gives you 50% chance, so a Hard Mode, No Death, Speed Run guarantees a gold drop.
Trials Sets - current design works great
Crafted Sets - Jewelry Crafting!
PVP Sets - Campaign Rewards, Golden PVP Vendor should sell off-cycle sets
Tel Var sets - Banner bosses have a small chance to drop gold jewelry. IC vaults each have a small chance to drop gold jewelry from one of the IC sets.
The details could change, but you get the idea. Every set that has jewelry should have some way to get gold jewelry that is authentic to the category of the set. Why? Because not having gold jewelry artificially restricts builds in a way that isn't especially fun and doesn't seem justified. Sets that drop in gold are already strong, they don't need the extra boost of exclusive gold jewelry on top of that.
