I was wondering since all three alliances are open for me to roam, am I able to collect all the lore books before level 50? Currently I'm level 9 and I have collected all the books in the DC zone, so I'm rank 7 at the moment.
Initially, I went to Audrion then stonefall, I searched for the lore books and it wasn't there. So I was wondering do I have to complete the story before I can search and find the lore books in the other zones.
Also is it possible to max out mages guild and still be in blackwater blade?

✭✭✭✭✭Yeah, you should indeed now be able to collect all books before Level 50.
