How exactly does one obtain Martial Knowledge set jewelry, if Craglorn has no dolmens? Does it simply just not exist, or is there another means of obtaining it?

    i got a blue one from a random chest in craglorn, sold to NPC though

    While testing on PTS I got a purple one from a Magical Anomaly event. Haven't tried on live though.
