[REQUEST] One Tamriel new title screen as a Wallpaper

I play on PS4 and for some reason I am not allowed to take screenshots from the main screen. I tried searching for it online but couldn't find it. Can someone from PC be kind enough to make a screenshot for me?

I would also like to request @ZoS to make a Dynamic Theme of it for PS4. It's so beautiful! *_*

I would love for this to be a live wallpaper for my PS4. When I first logged in and saw that I couldnt help but think it was so cool. Especially how Coldharbor rotates around the edge.

Download the Loading Screens zip, and the image is charload_01. (It's only the background though, it doesn't have the title or logo.)

I don't understand. You guys on PC don't have this title screen we have on consoles? Can't you guys just take a screenshot?

Unfortunately, that beautiful graphic is covered by the login box on PC, unlike on console we have to enter our password and userid each time to login instead of just pressing X or A.
