Which region would you like to see in Elder Scrolls 6?

defunct122216
As we all know, Elder Scrolls 6 has been confirmed, but it will not come anytime soon. Besides that fact, which region would you like to see in Elder Scrolls 6? Obviously, some choices are extremely unlikely, but who cares?!

I love the hist lore, and the shadowscales. So that would be interesting to get into.

Also the marsh would look great.

From "The Hope of the Redoran" in-game book:

"One of the few magical arts the Psijics of Arteum have kept to themselves, away from the common spells and schools of the Mages Guild, is the gift of divination. Despite this, or perhaps because of it, omens and prophesies abound in Tamriel, some of substance, others of pure folly, and still others so ambiguous as to be unverifiable. There are still other prophesies kept secret, from the prophesies of Dro'Jizad in Elsweyr and the Nerevarine in Morrowind, to the Elder Scrolls themselves."

I want to see Elsweyr if it's to be a game focused on the Thalmor. Or perhaps a region that shares both Elsweyr and Valenwood territories [not in their entirety because of the size]. Or, Elsweyr and Summerset, since the Altmer homeland is an island after all. The Khajiit are the race with the most cause to rebel, even if it's unknown to them as far as we know.

The Khajiit have been fooled into joining the current Aldmeri Dominion. A game where certain Khajiiti skeptical of the Thalmor's intentions found out the truth about the moon's disappearance...and have things escalate from there, perhaps destroying the Thalmor from within, or somesuch. The Thalmor would show everyone, then, what all their "experiments" regarding the moons have ammounted to after this much time. They could very well be able to wipe out the cat people, and who knows what else.

There exists a prophecy for the Khajjit, and such is listed being of perhaps similar importance as the Nerevarine prophesy.
The basic principle of Elder Scroll prophesies in the TES universe is that "Every prophesy needs a Hero. Without the Hero, there is no prophesy.". And guess who that Hero is? The player character.

Besides, past Daggerfall we've been to human provinces, elf provinces. Let's add a little more variety and have a game set in a beast province.

Or Blackmarsh, though Blackmarsh is ern... I don't want bethesda to do something stupid to explain why just any old race can survive there, so walking trees and huge jungles are okay

    But...but...kitties!

I'm sure they'd figure out a way to include all the races in the province, haha. We know that there'd also be a huge High Elven and Bosmeri presence for sure, but the Khajiit have always been known to be perhaps the most welcoming race of Tamriel, there must have been quite a number of members of every other race living in Elsweyr before the Dominion had been reformed... They're also merchants at heart. Something like the Dunmer to every other race ratio in Morrowind would be nice enough.

I am very, very sure as well that there has to be a considerable ammount of Khajiit unhappy with the policies and strictness of their new "leaders".

We know that Elsweyr has been divided into two separate states now, Pelletine and Anequina. Perhaps one of those regions could be welcoming to foreigners while the other is not. Reuniting Elsweyr against the Thalmor threat, how adorable would that be?

    High Rock
I would love to see it set in High Rock simply because I love the beauty of that area as well as Breton lore.
However, my money is that it'll be set in Greenshade.

Tbh though, I wouldn't care if it was set in a stinky Argonian toilet - just gimme ES6! :D

Yeah :) Elsweyr is a very very close second for me. I think either of the 2 beast race regions would be a great change and fun to get involved in.

    Hammerfell
Hammerfell for me. Let's see, as far as exploration goes we have:
    • Ayleid ruins
    • Dwemer ruins
    • Nedic ruins
Right out of the gate we have for factions:
    • Crowns
    • Forebears
    • Ash'abah
...discounting any that are likely to be there but not confirmed (Blackcaster Mages' Guild? Thieves' Guild back in force?)

And for interesting quest subjects we have:
    • The Ra Gada invasion
    • Nirncrux
    • The Ansei and/or their Shehai
    • Orichalc Tower (admittedly Yokuda would be better for that, but as that's been sunk...)
    • The constellations (#proud2BAStarObsessedLoony)
    • The last invasion by the Thalmor

Admittedly I wouldn't mind going to any of the poll options. But I suspect they aren't going to send us to the Third Aldmeri Dominion territories until we're ready to squash it*, and I doubt they'll do anything outside mainland Tamriel until we've gone through more of mainland Tamriel.

I will request if we go to Black Marsh, give us a bunch of underwater dungeons. Waterbreathing is AWESOME, but I never play an Argonian in the single player games, why? Because 90% of those games take place on land and it's useless there. But the homeland of the people with gills should have lots of water such that gills are a useful feature and not just an excuse to leave the Waterbreathing potions at home.

*As an aside to anyone from Bethesda who ends up working on future Elder Scrolls games: if I, as a player, don't get to have an active part in crushing Dominion #3, on screen, in game, as part of the actual game and NOT retroactively in the history books, I will be VERY VERY disappointed.
