'Unknown Zone' - Xbox 1

What is going on with ESO? I did the update, loaded into the game and into a character but I see nothing but 'unknown quest' 'unknown zone' and my skills/inventory is all squashed together.

Do a hard reset of your console. Someone earlier couldn't do anything in menu's and that worked.

Plus I saw this for an update on xbox before and the fix was restarting console

I turned my console off and back on again. By hard reset do you mean unplugging it completely?

I did that (just turned it off at the mains) and my game worked.

(never trust my phone - auto correct is awful)

If you go menu, flick left, and choose reset there that's a full reset.

If it's still buggy delete your save game cache I do it every update its only a few KB

Easy way for hard reset on xbox delete you mac address or update it whatever, it clears the cache and restarts console. Just FYI.
