Camping, Lag, etc.... adjusting servers in XBOX

So I love the idea of Tam 1, and jumped on last night. Had a great time revisiting starting zones and having something to do. BUT.....
The cities are so packed, that there is extreme lag, and even worse.... every Dark Anchor, World Boss and every Delve Boss has 10 people standing around camping. Feels like some tweeks need to be made. If you're going to allow dueling in the cites (which is a bit annoying), dial back the amount of people in the instant. Just shave off the population in the cities.
And can there be some diminishing returns for campers? Every time you kill the dame boss, you get less loot (with cool down)?

Btw I was getting very unhappy with fighting a boss, suddenly he resets, I walk around for a sec and... PLOP, dead. Apparently I had been 1 shotted and desynced but it didn't let me know.
After that it wouldn't let me respawn.
Had to close ESO about 6 times before I gave up on Hard mode boss...
I think it'll get better down the road1
