Sometimes is impossible do pvp or pve with the same char because of this. Easy solution you can activate one morph or another whenever you want, excepting when you are in combat. You learn a new skill when you reach the level.
Skyshards only limitate players, sometimes they need more and they don't have enough. Also what would be the point to have always to play with a fix build and if you want to change it, then you have to pay, when you can do it flexible and the result would be still the same?
Make also attributes points redistributables always, like up and down.
Let's say I go in cyrodill ok, let me change my skills to adapt them to my style of "how I want to play in cyrodill today or now".
I need to tank or heal, or whatever, ok let me change everything to do it the best I can.
I know the most part of the people don't like these ideas because it break individuality and the main principle of this game is: you have to make decisions and every decision you make you have to sacrifice something in order to win in something else.
But in my opinion I don't see it too much like that. In my opinion you are flexible before start to do something, you can not have two morphs at the same time and all the skills in your skillbar, you can choose before, but after you made your decision of how you distribute your atribute points or you picked your morphs, or how you placed your skills in your skillbars, for good or for bad you play like that and after you can change it again.
Is just a suggestion. I have to say this idea doesn't convice myself too much also, because I have the feeling I'm like homogenizing, but from the other side I think is something that could be meditated very well.

I agree 100% with this. I'd love to have one toon that can do both PvP and PvE with just a press of a button or something. It's tiring and frustrating to have to respec in Wayrest when I want to switch from PvE to PvP

Do people actually do that? I pick one morph and live with the consequences.
So...it's a waste of play time but let's keep it around anyway?kylewwefan wrote: »No way. My biggest achievement in the game has been tamriel skyshard hunter. Would be nice to have different gear and skill loadouts with one button though.
Actually, I have 3 toons I need Meteor. It would be great to not have to go lorebooks hunting.
No add ons console. Sitting with tablet searching every darn one. It's terrible waste of play time.
What does that have to do with skyshards? Logical fallacies are that way ->Why not just make everyone max level with all skills and best gear from the start?
No?
No.
But which decisions? CLEARLY we should all be locked into one class, one race, one server, for all eternity because decisions should matter in RPGs.Sallington wrote: »Welcome to RPGs, where your decisions should matter.
And you can change your allocated skill points at will, at a minimal cost, so choices aren't even permanent.
MMORPGs are like soccer. People run around for 2 hours, nothing happens, and the fans insist you just don't understand. <---Thaaat is a quote I heard somewhere. Applies to MMOs. People run around in a massive world and do repetitive tasks they don't enjoy for months on end to get something they need in order to do something they actually somewhat enjoy. And the fans insist others just 'don't understand'.Ah the MOBA generation... they'll never "get" RPGs will they?

No, that would be stupid. Just like blowing off the OP with 'decisions should matter'.MMORPGs are like soccer. Thank goodness there's a generation that has no problem saying they don't deal with the usual BS stuff that comes with MMOs.
I at least hope ZOS makes it less of a pain in the butt to switch stuff around. I could live with the rest.

Quitters never win.

It's all about choice and we can change the choices whenever we want.
First, want more skill points, go get them. With over 300 skill points available in the game it's hard to say there is a shortage. Don't want to get all those skill points, it's a choice.
Second, you can use enchants on you PvP gear to adjust your health/stam/magika instead of attributes.
Skill points and CP, pay up. It's cheap to reset morphs (which should be super cheap for you since you seem to lack skill points). CP is cheap to reset also.
The design is to make you think and choose before one changes. It's really no big deal and the costs are modest. Good comes easy in this game.
