Someone is spamming chat in Auridon PS4 NA trying to sell gold for real money. But there seems to be no way to report the player. Am I missing something?

✭✭✭✭✭Ooooh that's rough. Are you able to select their names when you use the giant text box or anything?
Forgive my foolish PC playerness, but don't you need to use a certain giant text box in order to link items? IF you are able to select the player I imagine it would be to done there.
Oooor take a screenshot of chat and send in a ticket via the website? Not 100 % sure there is a report option on the website, but that would should the player name plus proof of what they are doing
[EDIT] Just checked. Via the support site you can send in a "help ticket" Using the category "report a player". If another player is spamming in chat, harassing another player, or if you see someone botting, report the player by to navigating to the Player Menu ([Menu] on Xbox One or [Options]) on PlayStation 4 and select the Help Menu. From there select the Customer Service Menu and submit an incident under the appropriate category type.
Please provide the following information:
The name of the player that you want to report
The reason why you are reporting this player (Spam, Botting or Harassment)
The date and time when the incident happened
The megaserver you are playing on

✭✭✭Oh I understand that, I mean directly from text chat. The player name is a long sequence of numbers and letters and I have slight dyslexia. It would be easier to report simply by clicking their name
