Guild Rider Outfit and Hood

Who thought up the alliance rider outfit and hood?
Meridia showed us the way. We are not beholden to any alliance, we are heroes that transcend such petty distinctions.

I will, however, pay 1000 crowns for a guild version of the rider outfit and hood. That silly guild tabard doesn't mesh with almost anything and is generally horrible.

I would pay for alliance rider outfit, hood and horse if all could be colored at station as any other costume.

If it could be colored, it would no longer represent the alliance. The emblem on a coat of arms is only one part of the arms themselves. The use of colors, at least outside Tamriel, follow complicated heraldic rules and typically have to be identically displayed to signify a particular person, house, dynastic division, kingdom, etc.

At least with guilds someone had a choice in the design. One of my guilds has a great blazing sun type design that I would LOVE to wear, dye-able or not.

On further thought, I suppose if the main charge of the alliance arms are not used in the game to represent something else, either with different colors or as a minor charge, there would be no reason not to allow them to be dyed. Badges oftent include fewer elements than the arms themselves.

It would be nice. I think the AD yellow is a bit off.
I'd personally prefer a more gold like colour.
Just a little darker and richer. To match my armour of course haha.
I think the EP and DC colours work alot better than the tacky yellow.
It would be to difficult for devs to limit dye colour options, but it would be nice too.

(I think the alliance mounts should be an "armour costume" for your existing mounts, but that's a whole nother can o' worms!)
Fun comes from diversity, balance kills diversity.
