I used a Race Change + Name Change Token and made one of my old, stinky, Argonian Mules into an Alt. He's now a proud Ashlander! So, I thought that I'd buy the Ashlander Pack to give him 'the look'.
I couldn't find it in the Crown Store so I did some Googling. OFC...this item was removed on September 1st, 2016. FTR: It was added on July 23rd, 2015.
Yet you still have that 'awesome' Wedding Dress on there that was added on March 17, 2015.
Removing Limited-Time items I can tolerate...sort of. Faux 'exclusivity' is stupid, IMO. Especially when there is no indication that the item will be removed for herp-derp reasons later. If it's labeled ***LIMITED TIME***, then fine. This wasn't. And after being on there for a Year+ you'd think it'd be one of your 'Staple Items'.
Removing Limited-Time Discounts I can understand. The sale price isn't the permanent price.
Why would you remove a Costume Pack that lends itself to Role Playing your Role Playing Game? You don't "need the space" on there. And if "clutter" is the issue perhaps a more friendly UI is needed?
Why did you decide to leave the option to Role Play a person getting Married (whoopty doo) over Role Playing a demographic within the lore of your Role Playing Game?
Will the Ashlander Pack ever be restored to the Crown Store?

Vaerth✭✭✭✭Seems really stupid of them to me to have limited time for anything in the crown store. My buddy was about to drop $80 in crowns last week and he just started. He got to level 20 and said he liked the game a lot, and wanted to buy the High Elf costume and the Doom Wolf. Said he saw them online before playing the game. He was quite sad to find out they are not there anymore, and he still wants to play and all but said ESO is not getting his money since they took away what he would have bought.
Limited time effects new and returning players, myself included. Many things I would have bought that are no longer there since I returned a few weeks ago. ESO wants my money, they need to bring back the items they took lmao.Pact Bloodwraith2 -

✭The reason there are multiple threads about limited edition Crown Store items and withdrawal of items in general is simply a reflection of how incredibly annoying the present system is for so many people. If there is a technical reason for limiting the number of items to all players (i.e. new and old), it would be interesting to know what that was. I doubt there is one, but prove me wrong.
Would it not be far more appealing to all players (again, new and old) who access the Crown Store to be presented with a plethora of items to choose from? You would get my coin, I can assure you.
I'm in the middle of building a new gaming rig and retiring the PS4. I would absolutely love to get my hands on some items I previously purchased for console, e.g. the Priest of the Green and Soul Shriven costumes, so I can continue my role play with the characters I have created. ✭✭✭✭✭There's a quest in Deshaan or Shadowfen, I forget where, but it includes a costume for the quest you can keep, and it's in the Ashlander style, you may try to get the outfit that way
That and the Hood of the Voidguide helmet are ways to look like an Ashlander. Grand Master Crafter, Beta baby who grew with the game. PC/NA. @Sheezabeast if you have crafting needs!1 -

✭✭✭The whole concept of "limited time" is right up there with "limited quantity" digital goods in that crowdfunded multi-million dollar space game that shall not be named: salesmanship gimmicks to loosen your impulse control for fear of being left-out.

Have spent well over 1000 dollars on warframe, rift, phantasy star online 2, Swtor and WoW. EACH. Not total. 1000 plus on each.
