dark anchors are dimensional vortexes (kind of doors) from coldharbor to Nirn so that Molag Bal`s daedras could enter Nirn. So putting Dark anchors vortexes from Coldharbor to Colharbor into Coldharbor would be a bit of non-sense
I suppose bosses and minibosses, delves and chests is the way to go
