Has anyone else had this problem if so do they know a fix? 80% of the times I try to use puncturing sweep only the first blow hits and does almost no damage, also I am unable to mount my horse, I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the game in an attempt to fix this , but the problem is still there

the fix for the unmountable horse is to buy a crown store mount but be warned 50% of the time you're still going it by foot

Are all 3 hits aimed at the enemy? Even mobs can move out the way.

Are you healing others? If they are still in combat you will not be able to mount.

Hmmm I play both my templar healers every day and haven't had a problem with mount. I don't use sweep so can't say anything about that.

I would do a /camp logout and wait 10 min. Change horse a couple of times and maybe reload UI?

All 3 hits are aimed, when I attempt to mount, my char raises off the floor and looks if it is standing in the saddle of an invisible horse, the drops to the ground in a normal stance

The "unable to mount" thing is probably because you are still in combat. Can you sheath your weapons? If not, you are still in combat.

The sweeps thing sounds strange. I've been playing my templar a lot the last few weeks and haven't noticed any issue. But I'll pay more attention now. Maybe I just missed it.

I've noticed an issue with mounting when you use a HoT. It seems I can't mount until the HoT wears off. I've noticed this with Mutagen.

I logged on my Templar today, couldn't find anything wrong with Sweeps but mount is definitely bugged! Had to preview a mount in the Crown Store to get it working again.

Hm... there was a bug something like this on PC, more than a year ago. I wonder if ZoS is re-using old code, or somehow broke their fix from the time..

Mine will do that every once in a while, but it's usually when I unmount it looks like I'm riding a horse underground
