Duel wield Knife of Shadows from the Viper's sting set?

Hi guys

Knife of Shadow is the boss version that drops from Fungal Grotto 2. I have been told it is an unique items so you can NOT duel wield it.

However, I am able to duel wield a CP 160 version and a CP 140 version.

Just wanted to know if having two CP 160 Knife of Shadow is possible, before I set out to farm another one

Edit: confirmed that you can dual wield these

For those wondering these the dagger drops, it is from the second Boss, Bandu. He is the one who summons 4 shadows to pin down your team member.

nice loot !
yes you can dual wield it and adding a bonus piece to the viper's sting set , it's just a unique version of that piece

how often does it drop, the only weapon ive gotten so far from fungal 2 is the debaser, a 2h vipers sting weapon

Been hoarding all the unique weapons from dungeons for the past couple weeks...thanks 1tam, I now have dual sharpened viper daggers overnight

Hey I got one in about 10 runs. Since it only comes in sharpened it's not a hard farm.

So unique items do nothing special in terms of stats or set bonuses, just the cosmetic?

Most of these "Unique" items no longer have that tag in their item description. That tag what prevents you from having more than 1 of them in your inventory. You can hoard as many of them as you want now, provided "(Unique)" isn't in the top right corner of the item's information panel.

These "unique" items are just what used to drop from bosses every time they beat them, but what they did now is tacked a set bonus onto them, and put them in the RNG with the rest of the loot.

Yeah, but do they have anything "unique" about them other than cosmetic?

I believe only unique items from world boss drops adhere to the "one and only" limit. These unique items from WB have an extra line of description at the bottom, such as "headgeare awarded for defeating the Orc battlemange". These unique drops also have the word "unique" right beside the armor type.

Items drop from dungeons do not have the word "unique" beside the armor type, and do not have an extra description at the bottom. And, as posters confirmed above, you can hoard as many as you want.

Gayme bandu...however that's spelled....the one that spawns the shadows that chain someone in the group down.

I dual wield both CP 160 versions of Knife of Shadow, its not marked Unique.
