So I am LOVING the scaling for harvesting nodes. But I have a question...how does One Tamriel, scaling work with what Hirelings will bring you?

Same as it did before. If you have 10/10 in the first blacksmithing passive before the update and got rubedite, you still get rubedite in this update. If you have 9/10 and got voidstone, you will still get voidstone
