Versions I and II of Dungeons...?

For some odd reason on console, I'm having issues accessing the 2nd part of certain dungeons. Meaning, when I look at my map it shows for example: Crypt of Hearts I. However, I want to access Crypt of Hearts II. There's no option to it. Same with City of Ash.
