Random Dungeon Queue Times

Why hasn't this been fixed yet? I'ts been several months now. Why am I still getting 1h+ queue when queuing up as healer or tank during prime time. Off hours it seems to be ok but in the evenings the queue times go to ***. Whats up?

✭✭✭✭That sucks. I was hoping they fixed it. I havent had any problems getting dungeons on my healer. But i know people were saying they werent having any problems while i still was.0 -

Let people get in and do there thing in one tamerial first...
Over the past 2 weeks I rarely waited more than 10min as a dps most times was about 4-6m.
This is ps4 Na as well.
Healer was 5sec-2min.
This includes prime time, and solo queing.

Swomp23✭✭✭✭This happened to me in the second half of last week, but got better since last weekend. I'm now waiting around 10-30 mins on a dps xbox NA. Last week, I waited around 1h30, then the game would crash.XBox One - NA0 -

If you have waited 10min leave que, move locations and rejoin.
I do not think dungeon finder is working as intended and sometimes I feel it just doesn't really que.
The few times I did wait over 10min I did this and got right in.(yes I know as an experiment it is so flawed it's not funny, but worked for me.)
I should note I normally just qued for random vet dungeons when getting low wait times.
If you are going to que for wgt or something on a non pledge day, well except a wait...
For pledges I did not wait more than 10mins.
Normally less.
